Do I have to use Etsy to purchase a product?
No, you may email us directly, and we can send you a pay invoice through Square.
How can I personalize my order?
Send us an email describing to us what you would like. From there, we will create a mockup for you to finalize and sign off on before we get started.
Why do custom orders cost more?
Due to the extra time and machine time to make your one-of-a-kind item, we ask for a slightly higher price than our Etsy products.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our products are made-to-order, so on average, items are normally shipped out 7 to 10 business days after an order has been placed and approved. However, depending on size and any custom additions, it may take longer.
